Technical Support
For students having issues logging into school issued laptops please make sure you follow the steps below.
- Make sure you're connected to your WIFI by clicking the globe on the bottom right hand corner of the screen (WINDOWS) or the WiFi symbol
in the top corner (Mac)
- Make sure you're using your full Canvas email account to log into the computer. Your email will be the first 4 letters of your first name, your full last name @stu.tcisd.org
- Your password will be your Student ID number.
EXAMPLE:
Student Name: Joseph Smith-Jones
Student ID: 123456
Login: josesmithjones@stu.tcisd.org
Password: 123456
